Dodo has always been extremely agressive on price and their Mobile Wireless Broadband product is no exception. Their starting price point is only $4.99 per month! This is a special bundle offer for having another post paid Dodo product such as Mobile, ADSL, Home Phone or Dial Up
If you don’t have another service with Dodo, the starting price is still a very low $9.99 per month. Please bear in mind that gives only 50MB of data if you choose no contract or 100MB if you choose a 24 month plan. For most users this won’t be enough Data, but it will suit you if you won’t be using it everyday or just for very minimal downloads.
Most users will require at least 1GB, which Dodo supplies from $12.99 per month. So if you are happy to use Dodo for another service and go on a 24 month plan, then this is the cheapest wireless broadband plan in the market for 1GB. The cheap entry level pricing will suit those on a tight budget wanting to get Wireless Broadband. Especially if you are happy to go for a 24 month plan as the Data allowance doubles. Not all providers have a no contract option, so Dodo provides some great flexibility there for those not wanting to lock in. The Rhodium plan has up to 12GB in downloads which is about the most available in the market right now. So if you are a super heavy user then Dodo could be a great option.

Unlike some of the bigger providers, Dodo does not provide a ‘free’ 3G USB modem. If you don’t already have one, then you’ll need to purchase one for $149 from Dodo. You can pick it up from their Melbourne office or the delivery fee is $24.90 to have it sent out to you. That will be fine for some people who like to remain contract free, but if you want to get Wireless Broadband with no outlay, then try Vodafone, Optus or Three.
