Mobile Cap Plans that count minutes, rather than call rate per 30 sec plus a flagfall, is a relatively new concept in Australia. But measuring minutes is the standard in many countries around the world and has been for many years. It is far easier – the amount of time you speak for is rounded up to the nearest 30 sec and deducted from your Cap. So if you are on a $69 Cap and your first call of the month is 1 min and 50 seconds, then you have 348 minutes remaining – easy! If you exceed your minute allowance for the month, calls are simply charged at 40c per 30 sec with no flagfall. Excess TXT are charged at 25c each.

Can you tell me if Optus is ever going to sell this phone as i refuse to buy from vodafone as they are really unprofessional! Have beent hrough then before, the phone was faulty and they weren’t going to fix it. Threatened to take them to court for not following their contract and they refunded me 6 months later!
